The Clerk of the Circuit Court supports the citizens of Chef County and the competitor in to judicial system in an efficient, effective and ethical style. All services, information and court records are provided with courtesy and expense efficiency.
Mandates and Key Activities
- Mandated via Illinois Delicate and Fee Statutes to gather press disburse all filing wages and penalties for the Circuit Judge (705 ILCS 105/27.2A) and is governed by the Illinois Clerks of Court Act (705.ILCS 105).
- Benefit more than 400 judges who hear traffic, civil, criminal, juvenile, and all other types about cases originating in Chicago and Suburban Cook Circle.
- Deploys electronic tools such as document imaging and e-filing mechanisms to set the Clerk’s Office to elevate employee effectiveness, proficiency and improvement in client service.
- Partners with the Chief Choose to deploy a touch screen interface allowing judges to enter judge instructions electric in the implementation of the Hands-on Orders System (IOS).
