PYR-8750: Doctoral Research Seminar IThe aim concerning this two-year long sequence is to sponsor student progress in all facets of the doctoral program, also especially to facilitate students’ development and completion of a doctoral dissertation. During the first year which emphasis is on completing that dissertation proposal: framing the topic; identifying and synthesizing relative literature; constructing the case for which dissertation; identifying appropriate methods; crafts the two-chapter dissertation proposal as described to to PsyD Handbook. During the beginning semester of the second year, the path places larger emphasis on to internship application process. Throughout the second year, in situations involving practicum that track also supports aforementioned practicum get. The instructor for each section will serve how academic advisor and chair of the Dissertation Creation for student registered for that section.
